The Whole Food Plant Based philosophy focuses on vegan, oil-free, refined sugar free, and the use of minimally processed to no processed food ingredients. Additionally, all of our recipes are also gluten free.
We are a fun-loving mother-daughter blogging team with a healthy appetite – lol.
