The theme for July’s cooking demonstration is Cooking Whole Food Plant-Based with the Family.
Attendees will learn how to cook healthy and delicious, plant-based meals for the whole family.
This plant-based cooking demonstration is $15 per person, which includes food tastings and print-outs of the recipes used. Only 25 spots are available.
