Dr. McDougall provides a lot of delicious and nutritious recipes for all sorts of dishes on his web site.  Many are starch based recipes, based on whole grains, potatoes, and whole grain flour, but avoid fat of any kind including avocado, coconut, and nuts.

NOTE: Some recipes contain white pasta, flour, and/or Sweeteners.  At Plant Based Central, we recommend you simply replace those ingredients with whole-grain varieties.
